Job summary

You will handle day-to-day IT tasks, document processes, and participate in diagnostic testing as part of a small IT team. This full-time position runs Monday to Saturday in Makati.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/College degree in Computer Science or IT.
• 1–2 years of related experience.
• Knowledgeable in basic PC troubleshooting.
• Basic LAN/WAN configuration and POS.

Responsibilities

• Providing IT assistance to business units when needed.
• Resolving logged errors in a timely manner.
• Monitoring hardware, software and system performance metrics.
• Maintain database and ensure system security.
• Documenting processes and performing diagnostic tests.
• Other relevant tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
