Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within IT solutions, software, cloud services, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or managed services.
• Strong understanding of IT products, services, and solution-based selling.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage with decision-makers and senior executives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Results-oriented with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Must be willing to work full-time onsite (Makati City).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities for IT solutions and services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, and solution discussions.
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate with technical teams to propose appropriate IT solutions.
• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
• Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market analysis.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements with clients.
• Coordinate with marketing teams on campaigns, events, and lead generation initiatives.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term account retention.
• Maintain accurate sales records and updates using CRM systems.
