Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT or related field.
• At least 1 year of sales experience.
• Able to handle internal and external clients.
• New graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Assist the Senior Account Manager with quotes, proposals, processing orders and bidding documents.
• Stay up-to-date with products and services to communicate benefits clearly to clients.
• Process orders accurately and ensure timely delivery.
• Generate sales reports and update opportunities in the CRM.
• Collaborate with marketing, finance, and logistics to ensure smooth sales operations.
• Aim to meet individual and team sales targets and contribute to revenue goals.
