Job summary

Who Gives A Crap is seeking an IT Service Design Lead on a 12‑month fixed-term contract to bridge IT and Security changes for end users. You’ll bring structure and momentum to how services are designed, introduced and adopted, working with Service Operations, Security, and People teams.

You’ll coach the Change & Communications Coordinator and help translate complex requirements into practical, user‑friendly guidance, shaping governance, rollout readiness, and employee experience across the org.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating IT service design and change initiatives.
• Ability to translate technical requirements into user-friendly guidance.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Shape the service design and change approach for priority IT initiatives—ensuring new tools are understood and adopted.
• Map out support readiness with Service Operations to simplify IT request pathways and the service catalogue for users.
• Translate Security roadmap requirements into practical, easy-to-follow guidance for impacted teams.
• Coach the Change & Communications Coordinator to build autonomy and confidence and own defined workstreams.
