Job summary

Path Infotech Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Change Manager to drive Change Advisory Board meetings, approve deployment changes, and uphold ITIL standards for change management. You will collaborate with multiple teams to assess risks, minimize business impact, and maintain the change control portal and related templates.

The role requires 8–10 years in IT with strong change, incident, and problem management experience, and a BS in Computer Science, MIS, or related degree.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a B.S. in Computer Science, MIS or related degree.
• 8–10 years of related IT experience.
• 3–5 years of experience with system operations management, including change, incidents and problem management.

Responsibilities

• Drive Change Advisory Board meetings and manage approval of all change requests for deployment.
• Implement and maintain ITIL standard for change management.
• Collaborate with multiple internal teams to assess change requests for risks and unintended consequences.
• Make recommendations to reduce risk and minimize business impact of change requests.
• Follow-up on action items from CAB.
• Send change downtime and completion broadcast communications to all stakeholders.
• Maintain and update change control portal.
• Improve process efficiency and effectiveness.
• Maintain processes, templates and SOP, website and information related to change control.
• Provide regular reports on SLA measurement and performance of ITSM processes.

• Provide regular report on SLA measurement and performance of ITSM processes

About you
