Who Gives A Crap is seeking a highly organized IT Service Design Lead to join our IT team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You’ll bridge technical IT and Security changes to the humans who use them, designing, introducing and adopting services across the business.

You won’t configure systems or write code. Instead you’ll bring structure, coordination and momentum, partnering with Service Operations, Security and People, to ensure our internal tools are clear, usable and well-supported.
