Job summary

Who Gives A Crap in Manila is seeking an IT Service Design Lead on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will bridge IT and Security changes to actual users, bringing order to how services are designed, introduced, and adopted across the business.

You will work with Service Operations, Security, and People Team to ensure tools are easy to use and well-supported, coach the Change & Communications Coordinator, and help shape priority IT initiatives so plans and owners are crystal clear.

Qualifications

• Experience aligning complex IT service design initiatives with business needs.
• Ability to translate technical changes into human-friendly guidance for users.
• Proven track record coaching and enabling cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Shape service design and change approaches for priority IT initiatives to ensure adoption.
• Map support readiness with Service Operations and improve user-facing service catalog.
• Translate security requirements into practical, easy-to-follow guidance for teams.
• Establish an engaging operating model for security awareness and training.
• Collaborate with People Team to automate workflows and reduce manual handoffs.
• Coach the Change & Communications Coordinator and manage stakeholder relationships.
