Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Change & Release Management professional to oversee the lifecycle of change requests, chair CAB meetings, and drive service improvement within client accounts. You will validate changes, manage schedules, and ensure governance across the SDLC.

The role requires 3+ years in change management, strong communication, and ITIL4 Foundation certification, with the ability to influence stakeholders and maintain adherence under pressure.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of the systems/software development lifecycle.
• End-to-end change control process experience.
• Ability to influence management and stakeholders in all aspects of the change process.
• 3+ years of related experience.
• Previous exposure to change management principles.
• Participated in and/or chaired CAB forums.
• Experience with process governance and compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to converse with end-users and IT employees at all levels, including customer level.
• Ability to assure adherence to process and performance requirements.
• Ability to remain composed under pressure.
• Ability to communicate clearly and timely.
• ITIL4 Foundation Certification.

Responsibilities

• Manage the lifecycle of change requests across accounts as directed by the Practice Lead.
• Provide analysis and input to change management reports.
• Assist in validating failed changes and follow up on Post Change Review documentation.
• Follow up on approvals for changes.
• Create and issue the Forward Schedule of Change & Release for service delivery to internal and external customers.
• Chair or participate in CAB meetings and other change-related meetings, including Post Implementation Reviews.
• Identify opportunities for service improvement and build a culture of service excellence.
• Manage and maintain Datacom change and release processes, guidelines, and authorized documentation in the approved repository.
• Assist in preparing training materials and provide guidance to end-users to support process adherence.
