Job summary

Accenture PLC in Manila seeks a Senior Salesforce Architect to enable agile software delivery. You will own Salesforce architecture, mentor teams, and remove blockers to maintain delivery momentum in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with stakeholders across disciplines, implement scalable designs using Salesforce DX, Azure integration, and Kanban/Scrum practices, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring alignment with project objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
• SME who collaborates and manages teams across projects.
• Experience guiding cross-team decisions and delivering scalable Salesforce solutions.

Job description

Acts as an enabler for the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile methodologies. Coaches and mentors the Scrum Team(s), removing barriers to successful implementation and enabling a continued focus on the task at hand. Facilitates scrum and agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Identifies and reports progress via appropriate metrics. Summary:As a Scrum Master, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of a software development team by fostering an environment that encourages collaboration and continuous improvement. Your day will involve facilitating key Agile ceremonies, guiding the team through challenges, and ensuring that progress is tracked and communicated effectively. You will work closely with team members to maintain focus on project goals and help remove any obstacles that may hinder productivity, promoting a culture of transparency and accountability.

• Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Azure Administration, Salesforce DX, Salesforce Development.
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks and principles, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Ability to facilitate effective communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams.
• Experience in identifying and resolving impediments to maintain team productivity.
• Familiarity with tools that support Agile project management and reporting.

Additional Information

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
• This position is based at our Manila office.
• Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required.
