Job summary

Manulife in Manila, Philippines, is seeking an IT Scrum Lead to drive Agile delivery and coach cross-functional teams. You will organize Scrum events, mentor teams on Agile principles, and work with the Product Owner to manage backlogs and priorities.

The role offers exposure to global projects, opportunities for continuous learning, and a collaborative environment with a hybrid work arrangement. Shift is 8am–5pm EST, with 3 on-site days in Quezon City.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred).
• Scrum Foundation Certification and Certified Scrum Master (CSM, SAFe).
• Understanding of Agile metrics and analytics.
• Effective communication and risk mitigation skills.
• Shift Schedule: Fixed Schedule – 8am to 5pm EST.
• Work set-up: 3-day work on site per week in Quezon City.

Responsibilities

• Act as a coach to the Scrum Team and stakeholders, promoting Agile principles and values.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
