Job summary

Manulife IT is seeking an experienced Scrum Lead to drive Agile delivery and coach cross‑functional teams. You will organize Scrum events, mentor teams on Agile practices, and partner with the Product Owner to keep the backlog aligned with priorities.

The role supports continuous improvement, exposes you to global projects, and offers a growth‑oriented, supportive environment. On-site work is required three days per week in Quezon City.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred).
• Understanding of Agile metrics and analytics.
• Effective communication and risk mitigation skills.

Required Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred).
• Scrum Foundation Certification and Certified Scrum Master (CSM, SAFe).
• Understanding of Agile metrics and analytics.
• Effective communication and risk mitigation skills.
• Shift Schedule: Fixed Schedule – 8am to 5pm EST.
• Work set‑up: 3-day work on site per week in Quezon City.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in monitoring and performance management.
• Familiarity with JIRA and Agile tools.
