Job summary

Recruitify_HR in Makati City seeks an IT Sales Manager to lead strategic IT security and enterprise software sales, manage key accounts, and drive revenue growth on-site.

The role requires 4+ years in sales, 2+ years in supervisory leadership, strong CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred), excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven ability to cultivate long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, or related discipline.
• At least 4 years of proven sales experience in IT security, enterprise software, or web services.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or team leadership role within a sales environment.
• Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales reporting tools.
