Job summary

Rebisco in Ortigas is seeking an IT Project Supervisor to plan and manage IT projects, acting as liaison between business and technical teams.

You will coordinate internal resources and vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. The role requires strong PM experience and knowledge of Agile and PMBOK/ITIL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology or related field.
• Minimum 5 years IT work experience or IT-related industry.
• Minimum 5 years IT Project Management experience.
• Proven track record delivering projects and partnerships.
• Experience with Agile (Scrum) projects.
• Familiar with PMBOK, ITIL, and resource management tools.
• Willing to be based in Ortigas.

Role Overview:

Primary Function: We’re looking for an IT Project Supervisor to join our team and make an impact by planning, establishing, and managing Information Technology (IT) projects. In this role, you will serve as a liaison between the business and technical aspects of assigned projects.

You will also ensure the timely and effective coordination of internal resources and vendors to execute projects, delivering on time, within scope, and within budget.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology or a related course
• At least 5 years of IT work experience or from an IT-related industry
• At least 5 years of experience in IT Project Management
• Has a track record of successful management and delivery of projects, and experience in successful partnerships and working relationships
• Experience in using a range of project management tools and techniques, including Agile and Lean
• Experience working within a complex organization
• Has successfully implemented Agile (e.g. Scrum) projects
• Proficient in Change Management, Risk Management, Supplier Assessment and Evaluation, and Business Analysis
• Developing in Innovation and Emerging Technologies, Enterprise Architecture, Service Management, and Application Development
• Knowledgeable in PMBOK, ITIL, and resource management tools
• Willing to be based in Ortigas

Preferred Qualifications:

• A recognized qualification in project management (e.g. Scrum, PMI certification) is desirable
