Primary Function:

We’re looking for an Engineering Services Supervisor to oversee and ensure the reliable, safe, and efficient operation of plant engineering services and utilities. The role will be responsible for supervising daily activities, monitoring equipment and utility systems, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards, and driving continuous improvement in plant efficiency and sustainability.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical & Electrical field)
• With proven experience in engineering services, plant utilities, facilities, or maintenance operations
• With experience in a Manufacturing or Industrial Plant setting
• Strong knowledge of plant utilities, equipment, and engineering systems
• With strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• With strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Willing to be based in Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon

Preferred Qualifications:

• A Licensed Engineer is preferred
• Experience in plant utilities, facilities management, or engineering services is an advantage
