• Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules and based in Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon.

We’re looking for a Production Supervisor to join our team and ably supervise production personnel, meet output targets, and drive continuous improvement on the production floor.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Industrial or a related field
• With proven experience in a supervisory role in the Manufacturing or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing, 5S, or continuous improvement practices
• With knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety standards
• With strong analytical and decision-making skills
• With strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Willing to work on shifting schedules
• Willing to be based in Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon
