Job summary

Rebisco is seeking a Marketing Manager to join its Ortigas-based team. The role focuses on crafting and executing the marketing strategy for our brands, driving brand performance, and delivering mid- to long-term planning across categories and channels.

The ideal candidate has 8–10 years of solid FMCG marketing experience, with at least 5 years in leadership, and strong skills in brand strategy, activation, and consumer insights. Ortigas-based role with growth opportunities.

Role Overview:

Primary Function: We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team and help us take our marketing efforts to the next level.

As Marketing Manager, you will have the opportunity to make an impact by creating and executing the marketing strategy for your brands. You will be responsible for the performance of assigned brands and/or cluster through the development and effective execution of mid to long-term strategic plans.

What We're Looking For:

• Graduate of Marketing, Business Administration/Management, Economics, or any related course


• With at least 8-10 years of solid marketing experience and at least 5 years of leadership experience gained from a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) company or a similar industry


• With advanced skills in Brand Strategy Development and Planning, Brand Equity, and Consumer Insight


• Proficient in Brand Activation, Integrated Marketing Communications, Shopper Insight, Financial Awareness and Brand Profitability, New Product Development, Forecasting, Category and Channel Planning, Data Analysis and Management, and Project Management


• With working knowledge of Distribution and Key Account Management, and Digital Marketing


• Willing to be based in Ortigas
