Role Overview:

Primary Function:

We’re looking for a Finished Goods Planning Lead to join our team and make an impact by supporting day-to-day activities related to inventory planning and the replenishment of finished goods. This position helps develop supply plans, tracks inventory levels, and works with internal teams to ensure consistent product availability and on-time delivery. Additionally, the associate is responsible for maintaining accurate planning data in systems and assisting in meeting inventory targets and service level objectives.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Industrial or Management Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• 0-1 year of experience in Material Planning, Production Planning, or a related Supply Chain function
• Exposure in using ERP systems or equivalent Material Requirements Planning (MRP) or Supply Network Planning (SRP) system is an advantage
• Understanding of supply chain principles and processes, especially on S&OP or IBP, production planning, inventory management, procurement, and order management
• Familiarity with inventory optimization techniques, production scheduling and logistics processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability to identify the root cause of supply issues
• Working knowledge of functionalities of all systems available to Manufacturing and Distribution Group (e.g. SAP, HRMS)
• Willing to be based in Novaliches
