Job summary

Rebisco, a long-standing Philippine snack leader, seeks a Quality Control Supervisor to drive quality initiatives and supervise QC/Food Safety programs across manufacturing operations in Baliuag, Bulacan. You will ensure compliance with standards, customer requirements, and regulatory guidelines while nurturing a culture of quality.

The role requires 2–3 years in QA/QC and a relevant science degree. You will oversee product testing, root-cause analysis, and data-driven quality improvements,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Microbiology, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• 2–3 years in QA/QC within food manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of Food Safety Systems, GMP, HACCP, SSOP, and quality principles.
• Hands-on testing, root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Leadership, communication, problem-solving and organization.
• Proficient in MS Office and quality reporting tools.
• Willing to work 12-hour shifts.
• Willing to be assigned in Baliuag, Bulacan.

Role Overview

Primary Function: We're looking for an experienced Quality Control Supervisor to lead quality initiatives and ensure our products consistently meet the standards of safety, quality, and excellence.

In this role, you will oversee the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of Quality Control and Food Safety programs across our manufacturing operations. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with company standards, customer requirements, and regulatory guidelines while fostering a strong culture of quality throughout the plant.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Microbiology, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
• At least 2-3 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control within the food manufacturing industry
• Strong knowledge of Food Safety Systems, GMP, HACCP, SSOP, and quality management principles
• Hands-on experience in product testing, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and quality data analysis
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and quality reporting tools
• Willing to work on a 12-hour shifting schedule
• Willing to be assigned in Baliuag, Bulacan
