Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or related role.
• Experience in IT, software development, or systems integration preferred.
• Familiarity with PM tools: Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies; SDLC basics.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Assist IT Managers and Project Managers with project plans, timelines, and resource schedules.
• Track tasks, deliverables, milestones, and deadlines.
• Coordinate with developers, vendors, and clients.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, status reports, meeting minutes, and logs.
• Schedule meetings, kickoffs, status updates, and reviews.
• Monitor progress; identify risks, blockers, and delays.
• Coordinate procurement of software, hardware, licensing.
• Maintain trackers, budgets, and shared docs.
• Assist in preparing client proposals and status updates.
• Coordinate UAT and consolidate stakeholder feedback.
• Support implementation, training, and handover activities.
• Ensure adherence to PM processes and quality standards.
