CIM Technologies Inc. is seeking an IT Project Coordinator to support planning, coordination, and delivery of IT projects, including system integration, application development, and technology deployment.

We are looking for an IT Project Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and successful delivery of IT projects, including system integration, application development, and technology deployment.
The successful candidate will work closely with technical teams, management, vendors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to quality standards.
Assist IT Managers and Project Managers in preparing project plans, timelines, and resource schedules
Track project tasks, deliverables, milestones, and deadlines
Coordinate with developers, technical support teams, vendors, and clients
Prepare and maintain project documentation, status reports, meeting minutes, and issue/risk logs
Schedule and facilitate project meetings, kickoffs, status updates, and reviews
Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks, blockers, and delays
Coordinate software, hardware, licensing, and other project procurement requirements
Maintain project trackers, budgets, and shared documentation
Assist in preparing client proposals, presentations, and project status updates
Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and consolidate stakeholder feedback
Support implementation, training coordination, and project handover activities
Ensure project activities follow established project management processes and quality standards
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in project coordination, project support, or a similar role
Preferably with experience in IT, software development, or systems integration
Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project, or similar platforms
Basic knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project management methodologies
Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and basic system integration concepts
Familiarity with software testing processes, including UAT
Proficient in Microsoft 365, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills
Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and ability to manage multiple priorities
Experience with Autodesk platforms or AEC-related projects
Experience coordinating with software vendors, resellers, or technology partners
Familiarity with Power BI or other reporting/BI tools
Basic understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
Basic knowledge of APIs and system integrations
CAPM or other project management certification is an advantage
Strong communication and stakeholder management
Excellent time management and prioritization

Strong teamwork and collaboration
Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Adaptability in a fast-paced, multi-project environment
