Job summary

Rising Tide Digital, Inc. is seeking an IT project professional to coordinate and deliver projects end-to-end in collaboration with clients and internal teams. You will manage schedules, risks, and contracts while maintaining clear documentation and stakeholder communications.

The role emphasizes effective engagement across all levels, with exposure to SOWs, MAs, and MITAs, and values strong client relationships to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in IT project delivery or project management.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Knowledge of contracting: SOWs, Master Agreements (MAs), and Master IT Agreements (MITAs).
• Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
• PMP, PMI, or ITIL certification is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor IT projects from initiation to completion.
• Work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure project goals and expectations are achieved.
• Manage project schedules, deliverables, risks, and status updates.
• Facilitate meetings and provide regular project reports to stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation, including project plans, meeting minutes, and status reports.
• Review and manage project-related contracts such as Statements of Work (SOWs), Master Agreements (MAs), and Master IT Agreements (MITAs).
• Ensure project activities comply with agreed contract terms and project scope.
• Support issue resolution and elevate concerns when necessary.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
