Job summary

GECO Asia Pte. Ltd seeks an experienced IT Project & Service Manager to lead strategic IT initiatives supporting Governance, Risk, Compliance, Integrity, and Legal functions. The role drives end-to-end IT project delivery, service management, vendor governance, and compliance with IT standards.

The candidate will lead international projects, manage cross-functional teams across regions, and ensure service excellence while optimizing costs and security. Hybrid setup in BGC, Taguig.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT or related field.
• 8+ years of IT experience overall.
• 5+ years end-to-end IT project management experience.
• Proven track record managing international projects with budgets > €200,000.
• Experience leading projects, programs, or cross-functional initiatives without direct authority.
• Strong experience collaborating with international teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex and strategic IT projects across the lifecycle.
• Define scope, timelines, budgets, risks and deliverables.
• Ensure governance and on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Apply Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid methodologies.
• Monitor performance and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with vendors for lifecycle, support and maintenance.
• Oversee licensing and service compliance.
• Collaborate with global teams and stakeholders.
