Job summary

HRTx Inc. in Makati invites an experienced Product Owner to lead the strategy and roadmap for internal IT applications and digital solutions that support business operations.

You will collaborate with audit, tax, advisory, and corporate stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and maintain the product backlog with a focus on delivering value using Agile methods. Night shifts may be required for some deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science or related field.
• 5+ years in product ownership, business analysis or IT project management.
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks and backlog management.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for internal IT applications and digital solutions that support business operations.
• Collaborate with audit, tax, advisory, and corporate stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and maintain the product backlog based on business value.
• Work closely with project managers, developers, QA teams, UX designers, and vendors to deliver high-quality technology solutions using Agile methodologies.
• Review and prioritize user stories, define acceptance criteria, and participate in sprint planning, reviews, and backlog refinement to ensure successful product delivery.
• Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, identify enhancement opportunities, and drive continuous improvement to maximize business value.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in product ownership, business analysis, project management, or a similar IT role, preferably in a professional services or consulting environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban), product lifecycle management, and requirements management.
• Experience with Agile and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
