Job summary

HRTx Inc is seeking an ERP Functional Consultant to gather and translate business requirements into ERP solutions within a full-time onsite environment with hybrid potential in Makati. You will configure, implement, and support ERP modules across Dynamics 365, Oracle, SAP, and NetSuite, collaborating with audit, tax, advisory, and corporate teams.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of ERP experience, strong process analysis, and excellent communication and stakeholder management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/IS/CS/Business/Accounting or related field.
• At least 2 years in ERP functional consulting or similar role supporting enterprise apps.
• Experience with ERP platforms such as Dynamics 365, Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of business process analysis, ERP configuration, system testing, and implementation methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements from audit, tax, advisory, and corporate teams, translating them into functional ERP solutions.
• Configure, implement, and support ERP modules while ensuring alignment with business processes, organizational policies, and project requirements.
• Collaborate with technical teams, project managers, vendors, and stakeholders to design, test, and deploy ERP enhancements and system integrations.
• Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, training materials, and user guides, and facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot functional issues, recommend process improvements, and ensure optimal system performance and user adoption.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience as an ERP Functional Consultant or in a similar role supporting enterprise applications.
• Experience implementing or supporting ERP platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, or similar enterprise systems.
