Job summary

HRTx Inc is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager in Makati to lead complex technology initiatives spanning system implementations, cybersecurity upgrades, and digital transformations. You will partner with audit, tax, and advisory teams to ensure technology aligns with business goals and delivers measurable outcomes.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years managing IT projects in professional services, strong leadership, and proficiency with PM tools like MS Project, Jira, and Azure DevOps.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of IT project management experience in professional services.

Job description

Work Setup: Work Setup: Monday to Friday | Full Onsite (with the possibility of a hybrid setup) | Night shift may be required

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and deliver IT projects, including system implementations, infrastructure upgrades, cybersecurity initiatives, and digital transformation projects, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Collaborate with audit, tax, advisory, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, define project objectives, and align technology solutions with business needs.
• Lead cross-functional teams, including internal IT staff, vendors, and third-party consultants, while monitoring project progress, risks, issues, and resource allocation.
• Ensure project governance by maintaining project plans, budgets, documentation, status reports, and compliance with organizational policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive stakeholder communication, change management, user acceptance testing (UAT), and post-implementation support to ensure successful adoption of IT solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience managing IT projects, preferably within a professional services, accounting, auditing, or consulting environment.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Azure DevOps.
• Experience managing enterprise applications, cloud technologies, cybersecurity initiatives, ERP systems, or business process automation projects.
