Job summary

HRTx Inc in Makati City is seeking an IT Audit Manager for an on-site, morning shift role. You will plan, scope, and manage IT audit engagements, supervise teams, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality reports and client communications.

The position requires at least 5 years in IT audit or risk advisory, CPA and/or CISA preferred, with strong knowledge of IT governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks. Excellent analytical and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Accounting is required.
• CPA and/or CISA preferred.
• At least 5 years of relevant IT audit experience in risk advisory or consulting.
• Strong knowledge of IT governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks.

IT Audit Manager

Key Responsibilities

Engagement & Client Management

• Plan, scope, and manage IT audit and assurance engagements
• Develop staffing and activity plans; supervise and review team output
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality reports and client communications
• Monitor budgets, billing, and engagement profitability
• Maintain strong client relationships and address engagement issues

Technical Execution

• Lead IT audits covering IT general controls (ITGC), application controls, and regulatory compliance
• Conduct security risk assessments, vulnerability assessments, and (preferred) penetration testing
• Perform pre- and post-implementation system reviews
• Apply knowledge of OWASP Top 10, threat modeling, and emerging security risks
• Translate technical vulnerabilities into business risks with actionable recommendations
• Support forensic investigations involving endpoints, servers, cloud systems, and digital devices

People & Practice Management

• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate staff performance
• Assist in recruitment and staff development
• Support proposal preparation and participate in business development activities
• Ensure proper documentation, archiving, and engagement close-out
