Job summary

East West Banking Corporation in Makati City is seeking an IT Process Excellence & MIS Officer to join our hybrid team. This role delivers improvements across IT processes and reporting to support efficient service delivery.

You will lead IT process improvements, manage reporting metrics, and generate data-driven insights across information systems to boost operational efficiency and strategic decision-making for the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
• Professional certification in Lean Six Sigma, ITIL, or similar process excellence methodologies.
• Proven experience in IT process improvement, service management and MIS reporting.
• Proficiency in Power BI and self-service BI dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT process improvement initiatives and optimize service delivery performance.
• Manage reporting systems to ensure timely, accurate insights and operational transparency.
• Drive data-driven decision-making through strategic analysis of IT metrics and processes.
