Job summary

This hybrid role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, professional certifications in Lean Six Sigma or ITIL, and a strong background in IT operations, governance, and reporting with Power BI proficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, IT, Business Admin or related field.
Professional certification in Lean Six Sigma, ITIL, or similar process-excellence methods.
Proven IT process-improvement, service-management and MIS reporting experience.
Proficiency in data visualization and Power BI, with self-service dashboard development.

Responsibilities

Lead IT process improvement initiatives and optimize service delivery performance.
Manage reporting systems to ensure timely, accurate insights and operational transparency.
Drive data-driven decision-making through strategic analysis of IT metrics and processes.
