The role focuses on ensuring applications run efficiently by analyzing systems, solving issues, and coordinating with stakeholders to meet business needs in a hybrid work setting.

You will lead small projects, design and test software, and support deployments, with a strong emphasis on Agile practices, scalable databases, and integration with web services.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in full SDLC and technical delivery.
• Hands-on web app development with VB.NET, HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and relational databases.
• Familiarity with Agile environments and project management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct competency assessments and manage performance and career planning.
• Lead small-scale projects using agile or predictive methods, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget.
• Analyze business processes and requirements to design effective solutions across systems and architecture.
• Design, develop, test, and integrate software and databases, ensuring usability, scalability, and compliance.
• Oversee testing, release, deployment, and installation activities, ensuring smooth transitions and accurate documentation.
• Support service delivery, incident/problem/change management, and risk mitigation to maintain operational excellence.
