Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or related field
• Experience in IT Support, Help Desk, Technical Consulting, Customer Onboarding, Pre-Sales, or Solution Consulting
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud services, SaaS platforms, or cybersecurity solutions
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Confident presenting technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build credibility and trust
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team during customer acquisition and implementation projects
• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and technical consultations
• Assist customers through onboarding for successful adoption
• Provide follow-up support and account nurturing to maintain experiences
• Participate in technical discussions, proposals, tenders, solution design
• Assist sales in addressing complex technical questions
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth transitions from pre-sales to implementation
