Booth is seeking a Customer Service Support professional to join the Sales Operations team in the Philippines. You will be a key liaison among customers, Inside Sales, Program Managers, suppliers, and internal operations, ensuring accurate and timely handling of post-sales activities.

The role emphasizes proactive communication, problem-solving, and strong customer service skills, with a focus on IT industry processes and GTM strategies. Willingness to learn is essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in IT procurement, sales support, customer service, or related field.
• Experience with purchase orders (POs) and order management.
• Experience with Salesforce preferred.
• Knowledge of Oracle is a plus.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
