Job summary

Quess (Philippines) Corp is seeking a seasoned People & Operations Lead to drive HR strategy, employee experience, compliance, and day-to-day operations in the Philippines. This strategic HR leader will partner with senior leadership, manage stakeholders, and advance both people and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10–12 years of progressive HR/People Operations experience including leadership.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR practices.
• Experience in BPO, MSP, offshore staffing, professional services, or technology preferred.
• Strong employee relations, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
• Experience in HR reporting and workforce analytics.
• High integrity and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Lead workforce planning, organizational development, succession planning, and retention initiatives.
• Oversee full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
• Manage employee relations, investigations, and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
• Drive performance management, talent development, engagement, recognition, and culture programs.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition on workforce planning and hiring.
• Act as key HR contact for clients, leadership, and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee HR operations including payroll inputs, benefits, attendance, leave, and HR systems.
• Manage office operations, vendors, facilities, workplace safety, and business continuity.
• Lead and develop the Philippines People & Operations team.
• Improve HR processes, SOPs, reporting, dashboards, and operational efficiency.
