Job summary

Hellmann Shared Service Center Inc. is seeking a network specialist to support and run IT network infrastructure in a multi-location setup. You will monitor, patch, and ensure security compliance across regions, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors.

The role requires hands-on Fortinet firewall experience, CCNA certifications are a plus, and strong English communication. This position is based in Metro Manila, Pasay, with operations aligned to company standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years related experience, especially in cross country network environment.
• Good command of spoken and written English.

• Support and operate IT Network infrastructure with company standards.
• Participate in projects for IT infrastructure across different locations.
• Regular maintenance and monitoring of Network Infrastructure.
• Monitoring network utilization, equipment patching and network security compliance.
• Work with teams provide support and manage IT network services.
• Work with external vendors for services support and maintenance.
• Assist Regional team for network support and implementation.
