Job summary

RCX RECRUITMENT INC. is seeking a seasoned IT Infrastructure Manager to lead day-to-day operations across corporate offices, warehouses, and retail stores in Metro Manila.

You will own system availability, security, and performance, drive continuous improvement, manage vendors, and lead an IT team to support a multi-location retail environment.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strategic planning, and strong collaboration with business units to align IT services with company goals.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of IT operations experience with leadership.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, advanced networking, firewalls, and cloud infrastructure.
• Experience managing IT infrastructure across multiple retail locations.
• Certifications: ITIL Foundation and Cisco CCNA.
• Nice-to-have: AZ-104, CCNP, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or SAP Certification.
