MUJI Philippines Corp. is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure & System Administrator to manage the Head Office and retail store IT landscape.

You will oversee network infrastructure, Azure cloud services, and system security to ensure reliable store operations. Responsibilities include deploying Cisco Meraki networks, maintaining Windows Server and Microsoft 365, and coordinating with vendors for store rollouts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/CE required.
• 5+ years of IT infrastructure / system administration experience.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco Meraki and Azure.
• Experience in multi-site or retail environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain Head Office and retail store infrastructure.
• Configure Meraki APs, switches, and firewalls; manage VLANs and VPNs.
• Manage Azure VMs, networks, storage, backup, and disaster recovery.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure & System Administrator to manage and support IT infrastructure across Head Office and retail stores. The role covers network infrastructure, Microsoft Azure, system administration, security, and retail technology deployment. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of hands‑on IT infrastructure experience, strong Cisco Meraki and Azure expertise, and proven experience supporting retail or multi‑site environments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Network Infrastructure

• Design, configure, deploy, and maintain infrastructure across Head Office and retail stores.
• Configure and manage Cisco Meraki Access Points, network switches, and firewalls.
• Manage VLANs, DHCP, DNS, routing, VPNs, firewall rules, and network security.
• Monitor and troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, WAN, Internet, and VPN connectivity.
• Support new store openings, site surveys, network deployments, and infrastructure upgrades.
• Maintain network diagrams, IP addressing, configurations, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with Internet Service Providers and technology vendors.

Microsoft Azure Cloud Infrastructure

• Deploy and manage Azure Virtual Machines, Virtual Networks, Storage, Backup, and related services.
• Configure Azure networking, security, access controls, monitoring, and connectivity.
• Support hybrid cloud environments, infrastructure migration, backup, and disaster recovery.
• Maintain Azure documentation and operational procedures.

System Administration

• Manage Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Microsoft 365, and identity services.
• Administer user accounts, permissions, Group Policy, MFA, endpoint protection, and access controls.
• Perform system monitoring, patching, updates, backup, recovery, and security maintenance.

Security, Projects & Vendors

• Maintain firewall, VPN, network access, endpoint security, patching, and vulnerability controls.
• Monitor infrastructure performance, availability, and security.
• Participate in IT projects, prepare deployment plans, and maintain project documentation.
• Coordinate vendors and ensure projects meet technical, timeline, and quality requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure / System Administration.
• Strong hands‑on experience configuring and deploying network infrastructure.
• Proven experience with Cisco Meraki Access Points, switches, and firewalls.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Azure infrastructure and networking.
• Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Microsoft 365, and identity management.
• Experience supporting retail stores, branches, warehouses, or multi‑site environments.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, documentation, and vendor coordination skills.
• Willingness to travel for store deployments and technical support.
• CCNA/CCNP, AZ-104, ITIL, or related certifications are an advantage.
