We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to lead and manage IT infrastructure, operations, and support across our retail stores, warehouses, and corporate offices.
The role will have overall responsibility for availability, security, performance, and continuous improvement of IT infrastructure and services. The successful candidate will provide both strategic and technical leadership, manage IT projects and vendors, and ensure that IT services effectively support business and retail operations.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands‑on experience in Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, advanced networking, servers, firewalls, cloud infrastructure, and retail technologies, with the ability to lead a technical team and manage multiple IT priorities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
IT Operations & Leadership
- Lead and manage day‑to‑day IT operations across corporate offices, warehouses, and retail stores.
- Ensure high availability, reliability, and security of IT infrastructure and services.
- Manage IT incidents, escalations, service requests, and SLA performance.
- Develop and implement IT operational processes, standards, and procedures.
- Identify opportunities to improve IT services, efficiency, and user experience.
- Manage and develop the IT team through coaching, performance management, and technical development.
Cloud & Microsoft Technologies
- Manage and administer Microsoft Azure infrastructure and cloud services.
- Manage Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, and related services.
- Implement and maintain Microsoft Entra ID, identity management, MFA, and access controls.
- Support cloud migration and modernization initiatives.
Network & IT Infrastructure
- Design, implement, and manage enterprise LAN, WAN, VPN, Wi‑Fi, and network infrastructure.
- Manage and configure switches, routers, firewalls, wireless access points, and other network equipment.
- Manage network segmentation, security policies, and remote connectivity.
- Lead infrastructure projects including network upgrades, firewall deployments, server implementations, and store infrastructure rollouts.
Retail IT & Business Systems
- Manage IT infrastructure and technology supporting retail stores, warehouses, and corporate offices.
- Support and manage POS systems, retail applications, inventory systems, ERP, and e‑commerce integrations.
- Coordinate IT requirements for new store openings, renovations, and technology deployments.
- Ensure reliable connectivity and IT services across all retail locations. Work closely with business teams to identify and implement technology solutions that improve retail operations and customer experience.
IT Security & Governance
- Implement and maintain IT security policies, standards, and controls.
- Manage user access, endpoint security, identity management, and security monitoring.
- Ensure systems are properly patched, backed up, and protected.
- Support IT audits, compliance requirements, and security assessments.
- Establish and maintain IT documentation, infrastructure standards, and operational procedures.
Vendor, Asset & Budget Management
- Manage IT vendors, service providers, and technology partners.
- Monitor vendor performance, contracts, service levels, and project delivery.
- Prepare and manage IT CapEx and OpEx budgets.
- Review technical proposals and quotations and provide recommendations to management.
IT Projects
- Lead and manage IT infrastructure and technology projects from planning through implementation.
- Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
- Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and regional/global IT teams.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to agreed technical and business requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of IT experience, with proven experience in IT management, infrastructure, or technical leadership.
- Strong experience managing IT infrastructure across multiple locations.
- Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365.
- Strong knowledge of advanced networking, LAN/WAN, VPN, Wi‑Fi, firewalls, routing, switching, and network security.
- Experience managing servers, cloud infrastructure, backup, disaster recovery, and endpoint management.
- Retail IT experience is highly preferred, particularly supporting multiple stores or retail locations.
- Required Certifications: ITIL Foundation, Cisco CCNA
- Advantage: Microsoft Azure Administrator (AZ-104), Cisco CCNP, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, SAP Certification
