Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field.
• 8–10 years in IT with 3–5 years in a management role.
• Proficient in networking, system architecture, database management, and cybersecurity.
• Experience in retail or e‑commerce environments.
• Familiarity with retail POS systems, e‑commerce platforms, ERP, and WMS.
• PM certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2.
• Cybersecurity certs such as CISSP, CISM, or CompTIA Security+.
• Cloud certifications such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with data analytics tools like Tableau, Power BI, or advanced Excel.
• Knowledge of GDPR and CCPA data privacy regulations.

About you

• Experience with data analytics tools like Tableau, Power BI, or advanced Excel
