Job summary

Asian Coatings Philippines (Rain or Shine Paint) in Pasig City is seeking an IT Manager to oversee information technology operations, infrastructure and digital systems to ensure technology aligns with business needs and supports operational efficiency.

The IT Manager will lead the IT team, drive cybersecurity initiatives and partner with senior management to advance digital transformation across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in IT or related field.
• 4+ years in IT operations; 2+ years in management.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Solid grasp of IT infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity and enterprise systems.
• Working knowledge of programming, systems design and implementation.
• Familiarity with Office 365 administration and office productivity tools.
• Demonstrates honesty and integrity.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Tagalog.

This role ensures that technology aligns with business needs and supports operational efficiency. The IT Manager leads the IT team, ensures cybersecurity, and drives technology improvements across the organization.

Work location is Pasig City.
