MUGEN GROUP PH is seeking an IT Manager to lead and scale IT infrastructure, networks, and applications across our organization. The role requires hands-on oversight of servers, storage, cloud solutions, and important logistics systems like ERP, WMS, TMS, and POS.

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
At least 3–5 years of working experience in an IT Managerial position.
Working experience in Food and Beverages Industry is required.
Preferably with background in ALOHA POS SYSTEM.
Strong background in managing IT teams and implementing projects.
Strong knowledge of network administration, server management, cybersecurity, cloud technologies, and IT infrastructure.
Expertise in decision-making and coordinating complex initiatives.
Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with IT infrastructure, networks, operating systems, and cloud solutions.
Address technical challenges and manage system updates effectively.
Lead the design, development, and deployment of IT infrastructure and systems (network, servers, storage, cloud, etc.).
Manage a team of IT professionals
Plan and execute system upgrades, software implementations, and IT improvement initiatives.
Oversee implementation, monitoring, and maintenance of logistics-related systems such as ERP, WMS, TMS, POS, CCTV, and biometric systems.
Oversee servers, networks, databases, endpoints, communication systems, and other IT infrastructure.
Manage IT vendors, service providers, licenses, and technology assets.
Provide technical support and guidance for escalated IT issues.
Manage the annual IT operational budget, identifying opportunities to streamline infrastructure spending without sacrificing service quality.
Ensure data backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity measures are in place.
Collaborate with department heads to align IT solutions with operational and business needs.
Stay updated on the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies.
