Job summary

• Experience troubleshooting system, network and software issues.

Responsibilities

• Maintain IT systems and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Support MS Outlook, SAP server, hardware and software issues including security and privacy.
• Manage Office 365 environments.
• Perform administrative tasks and procurement related to IT.
• Provide network/hardware/software maintenance and helpdesk support.
