The role ensures security, availability, and efficient operation of IT resources to back day-to-day business activities. The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of IT experience, strong hardware/software knowledge, and proficiency in MS Office. ERP familiarity with Acumatica is a bonus and you will coordinate with vendors for IT

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics & Communications Engineering, or related field.
• 2–4 years of IT experience.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, OS, and basic networking.
• Experience troubleshooting and providing user support.
• Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Knowledge of IT asset/inventory management.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as Acumatica is a plus.
• Basic data privacy and IT security awareness.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot IT equipment (computers, printers, network devices).
• Provide technical support to employees and resolve tickets within turnaround time.
• Monitor and maintain company networks, systems, and IT infrastructure.
• Assist in IT policy, procedures, and security standards implementation.
• Assist in admin/support of Acumatica and other IT systems.
• Identify tech issues and recommend solutions.
• Maintain accurate IT asset records (assignments, transfers, returns).
• Coordinate with IT vendors for repairs, licenses, domains, software, and services.
• Ensure preventive maintenance of IT equipment.
