MMSU Global Association, Inc. is seeking an IT Specialist to oversee and maintain client technology systems, ensuring smooth operations and tech success. You will handle IOS configuration, network maintenance, data security, and both onsite and remote support to keep services reliable.

Fresh graduates are welcome. Based in Pampanga with English communication skills, you will work with MS Office 365, Windows Server environments, and tools like AnyDesk, Zoom, and HubSpot to support evolving client

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/CE or equivalent.
• 1 year IT work experience in a business environment.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Must be based in Pampanga.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Experience with LAN/WAN setup and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Microsoft technologies (Office 365, Windows Server).
• Experience in remote access/support via AnyDesk.
• Knowledge of data privacy practices and laws as they relate to technology issues.
• Valid driver's license and own motorcycle for field support, if needed.
• Knowledge of Cisco/Meraki and Zoom/HubSpot configurations (nice to have).
• Experience in virtualization technologies (nice to have).

Responsibilities

• Managing and maintaining the client's technology systems.
• IOS configuration and troubleshooting.
• Preventive maintenance of networking equipment (Cisco and Meraki).
• Providing support for onsite and remote operations.
• Ensuring data security and privacy.
• Collaborating with the team to optimize tech solutions.
• Developing efficient helpdesk processes.
• Escalation point for complex technical issues.
• Staying updated on emerging technologies and trends.
• Maintaining understanding of the clients' IT infrastructure.
• Monitoring and analyzing helpdesk metrics and reporting.
• Preventive maintenance of computer hardware and software.
• Documentation and implementation of technology projects.
