Job summary

Cloud Console is seeking an IT Logistics Coordinator to manage end-to-end IT hardware and software logistics, including procurement, inventory, asset tracking, and delivery coordination for internal teams and client projects.

The role reports to the Operations Director in Admin Department. It supports on-site, hybrid, or flexible schedules, with a competitive salary and benefits such as HMO, leave cash conversion, and training opportunities within Technology Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, business, or related field.
• 1–2 years IT logistics, procurement, or asset/inventory experience.
• Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Proficient with office software and asset tracking systems.
• Good communicator with internal stakeholders and vendors.
• Fast-paced tech/IT environment experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate procurement, shipment, and return of IT hardware and software.
• Serve as main contact for dispatch, delivery scheduling, and returns.
• Maintain asset inventory with serials, assignments, and lifecycle.
• Collaborate with engineering, admin, and sales to meet timelines.
• Manage vendor communications for purchasing and delivery.
• Document deliveries, handovers, returns, and logs.
• Monitor warranty status, licenses, and renewals.
• Support onboarding/offboarding by preparing user devices.
• Prepare periodic inventory and procurement reports.
• Assist with troubleshooting shipment delays or damaged items.
