Job summary

Multi Development and Construction Corporation is seeking a Logistics Officer to oversee transportation, storage and distribution of materials for project sites.

The role requires 2–3 years in logistics, inventory management, supplier coordination and proficiency in Excel; you’ll ensure timely deliveries and accurate records.

This on-site position calls for strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations.
• Knowledgeable in inventory management and transportation coordination.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily logistics operations and delivery schedules.
• Monitor movement of materials, equipment, and company assets.
• Coordinate with drivers, suppliers, and project/site personnel.
• Ensure timely delivery and proper dispatch of materials and supplies.
• Track shipments and resolve transportation issues or delays.
• Monitor inventory levels and warehouse stock movement.
• Ensure proper receiving, storage, and issuance of materials.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and reconciliation.
• Maintain accurate logistics and inventory records.
• Prepare logistics reports, delivery monitoring, and inventory summaries.
• Maintain organized records of deliveries, shipments, and transactions.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards.
• Coordinate with different departments regarding logistics requirements.
• Respond promptly to operational concerns and delivery issues.
• Support project operations through efficient logistics planning.
