Job summary

The role requires a degree or equivalent logistics/warehouse experience, 1-2 years in logistics, and strong Excel/documentation skills. South Gate, Alabang assignment is included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent logistics/warehouse experience) required.
• 1-2 years of logistics, inventory, warehouse, or asset management experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; solid documentation skills.
• Familiarity with basic computer hardware setup and troubleshooting.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to be assigned to South Gate, Alabang.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate dispatch and retrieval of IT assets.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and asset movement logs.
• Prepare and attach asset tags, labels, and documentation.
• Assist in setting up desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Provide basic troubleshooting and support for hardware and connectivity.
• Coordinate with internal teams, couriers, and service providers.
