Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, business, or related field.
• 1–2 years IT logistics, procurement, or asset/inventory experience.

• Good communicator with internal stakeholders and vendors.
• Fast-paced tech/IT environment experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate procurement, shipment, and return of IT hardware and software.
• Serve as main contact for dispatch, delivery scheduling, and returns.
• Maintain asset inventory with serials, assignments, and lifecycle.
• Collaborate with engineering, admin, and sales to meet timelines.
• Manage vendor communications for purchasing and delivery.
• Document deliveries, handovers, returns, and logs.
• Monitor warranty status, licenses, and renewals.
• Support onboarding/offboarding by preparing user devices.

Position Summary:

The IT Logistics Coordinator is responsible for managing the end-to-end process of IT hardware and software logistics, including procurement, inventory, asset tracking, and delivery coordination. This role supports both internal teams and client requirements, ensuring the efficient and timely movement and tracking of IT assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the procurement, shipment, and return of IT hardware and software for internal teams and client projects.
• Serve as the main point of contact for product dispatch, delivery scheduling, and return handling.
• Maintain and update asset inventory systems, ensuring accuracy in stock levels, serial numbers, assignments, and lifecycle tracking.
• Collaborate with the engineering, admin, and sales teams to fulfill equipment requirements and deployment timelines.
• Manage vendor and supplier communications for purchasing and delivery coordination.
• Ensure proper documentation of deliveries, handovers, and returns (e.g., delivery receipts, inventory logs, asset forms).
• Monitor warranty status, licenses, and renewals of IT assets to ensure compliance and avoid disruptions.
• Support the onboarding and offboarding process by preparing and retrieving user devices and equipment.
• Prepare periodic reports on inventory status, procurement activity, and logistics performance metrics.
• Assist with logistics-related troubleshooting, such as identifying shipment delays or damaged items, and escalating as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in IT logistics, procurement, or asset/inventory management.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Proficiency in office software (Excel, Word) and inventory/asset tracking systems.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, clients, and vendors.
• Confident, customer-focused, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Experience in a fast-paced tech or IT environment is a plus.
