Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, or related field.
• 1–3 years' experience in project coordination, administration, or similar role.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills with stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams, field engineers, and clients.
• Track, monitor, and follow up on requests, approvals, and pending items.
• Support daily BAU operations by monitoring task progress, timelines, and handling escalations when necessary.
• Coordinate scheduling of site visits, system deployments, repairs, and equipment replacements with field teams.
• Ensure timely updates and status reporting for all ongoing activities and project-related tasks.
• Escalate operational, technical, or compliance-related issues to the appropriate teams for resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of activities, requests, and project documentation for reporting and audit purposes.
