Job summary

Prime System Solutions is seeking a Project Coordinator to manage IT infrastructure deployments, coordinating with engineers, procurement, warehouse, shipping, and internal teams to keep projects moving. You will be the customer’s primary point of contact after the sale, ensuring smooth handoffs to Project Managers.

The role focuses on servers, switches, wireless access points, and workstation deployments, with emphasis on clear communication and issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating IT infrastructure or technical deployments.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills and detail orientation.
• Experience with external customers and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate IT infrastructure deployments from kickoff to handoff.
• Set up projects in ConnectWise Manage and break work into phases.
• Serve as primary customer contact during pre-project and coordination stages.
• Coordinate engineers, procurement, warehouse, and shipping to meet SLAs.
• Maintain project backlog and ensure timely start dates.
