Job summary

IT by Design Philippines Inc. is seeking an IT Project Coordinator to support delivery of client IT projects, collaborating with our Project Management team.

The role involves juggling multiple technical projects across clients and serving as the point of contact between engineers, management, vendors, and clients to keep projects on scope, on schedule, and on budget. You will work onsite in BGC, Taguig, with shift hours overlapping US Eastern Time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related field.
• 2+ years of project coordination or project management experience in IT/managed services.
• Proven experience managing multiple concurrent technical projects across clients or stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience coordinating with clients, engineering teams, and vendors.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Experience with Jira, Asana, MS Project, ConnectWise or similar.
• Willingness to work onsite in BGC, Taguig, 9AM-6PM EST.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating project proposals with objectives, scope, and timelines with the Project Manager.
• Develop detailed project plans and break projects into actionable tasks with timeframes.
• Coordinate internal resources and vendors to move each phase on schedule.
• Liaise with clients to define requirements, scope, and objectives as projects evolve.
• Assign tasks, monitor progress across multiple client engagements.
• Track changes to scope, schedule, and cost; flag deviations early.
• Analyze risks and opportunities; mitigate with the Project Manager.
• Conduct or support daily/weekly stakeholder calls and report project status.
• Create and maintain project documentation, plans, and status reports.
• Support QA checks to ensure deliverables meet standards before go-live.
