Job summary

Sagility is seeking an IT Fulfillment Officer for our Iloilo, Philippines operations. You will ensure availability and readiness of IT endpoints to support daily business, replacements, and future needs, while upholding SLAs and ITAM policies.

Join a global BPM and healthcare tech environment, coordinating with Operations, WFM, Procurement and Finance to address equipment requirements and service delivery, providing guidance to fulfillment staff and ensuring SOP adherence.

Responsibilities

• Ensures the availability, readiness, and proper management of company IT endpoints to support daily business operations, equipment replacements, and future requirements.
• Oversees site IT Fulfillment activities, ensuring timely equipment deployment, retrieval, inventory management, and compliance with established procedures and service-level agreements (SLAs).
• Coordinates with Operations, Workforce Management (WFM), Procurement, Finance, and technical support teams to address equipment requirements, operational concerns, and service delivery needs.
• Provides operational guidance to IT Fulfillment personnel, monitors task completion, and ensures adherence to IT Asset Management (ITAM) policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
